What type of fragrance does NBDY offer?
NBDY offers Extrait de Parfum the highest concentration of fragrance oil available. This means a richer, more intense scent that lingers on your skin throughout the day, with just a few sprays needed.

Are NBDY fragrances gender-specific?
No. All NBDY fragrances are designed to be gender-neutral and worn by anyone. We believe scent is personal. Not defined by gender. Our collections are crafted for every body.

How long does an Extrait de Parfum last?
Due to its high concentration, our Extrait de Parfum typically lasts 8–12 hours or more on the skin. Longevity also depends on your skin type, body heat, and where you apply it. Pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and inner elbows. It tend to hold scent the longest.

How should I apply and store my fragrance?
Apply to clean, moisturised skin on pulse points. Avoid rubbing the fragrance in after spraying. Let it dry naturally. For storage, keep your bottle away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dry place like a drawer or cabinet is ideal to preserve the integrity of the scent.

Where does NBDY ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia only. We are working to expand our delivery coverage. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within Malaysia are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through our courier's tracking page.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at care@nbdy.world if you notice an error in your shipping address. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
